Customer Service Week Event Ideas For The Week

August 3, 2012 | By
Take the opportunity to thank those employees who interact with your customers the most during Customer Service Week. Customer service is responsible for giving your customers a positive experience and creating repeat business with your company, it’s important to take the time to acknowledge their success. At Positive Promotions we like to have fun with various themes to celebrate customer service week and we want to share those ideas with you!

Funky Hat Day – Encourage all employees to wear the funkiest hats they can find or make themselves. Allow employees to vote on the most out-there hat and award first, second, and third place winners with a prize.

Sports Day – Wear your favorite sports team to work day can be a lot of fun! Employees can wear their favorite team jerseys or shirts and host a sports themed game-show-like quiz. Enter the highest scoring employees into a raffle to win tickets to a sporting event.

The Royal Treatment – Give employees a 10 minute massage by a masseuse and have the directors serve lunch and dessert during a mid-day social that can be put together in the cafeteria.

Pumpkin Carving Contest – Since Customer Service Week is in October, why not have a pumpkin carving contest! Encourage all employees to bring in a pumpkin they carved at home. Display the pumpkins in the cafeteria to be voted on. Offer apple cider, slices of homemade pumpkin pie, and other treats during the voting period. Give the top three winning pumpkins prizes.

Pajama Party – You really can’t get more casual than pajamas in the office. Let employees wear their favorite pj’s to work and serve bagels and coffee.

I hope you enjoy these themes as much as we will!
